Bullying, resilience & self-assertion

It used to be called "training for social skills" or paraphrases such as "making children and young people strong", "strong against violence",  "violence prevention" or "de-escalation training"._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ Today we know that it is only a partial aspect of what children and young people need in their deeper wholeness, which is why it is nowadays summarized under the aspects "anti-bullying", "resilience and self-assertion training". becomes.

Our seminar strengthens our target groups emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually and sensitizes them to develop safe behavior and action structures that should protect them - but also the aggressor.

The playful conveying of the teaching content makes it relatively easy for our target groups to get to know and experience new security structures, which will protect them very well from conflict situations inside and outside of everyday day-care center and school life.
