Violence prevention in the workplace - safe @work
In this seminar you will learn how to make your work environment safer and how to recognize and assess potentially violent situations at an early stage.
With the help of numerous practical exercises, you will learn methods to be able to react appropriately in both potential and escalated situations, also taking into account sudden changes in the respective situation (sudden appearance of other people, alcohol abuse, dangerous objects).
